Can we meet in person?
We work around our customers, understanding that people live busy and varied lives. We do not make our customers work around our working patterns or hours and can do most of our initial research over the telephone, via email or if you prefer we are always happy to arrange office or home visits. We want to conduct business in whichever way is the most convenient for you. |
How do you earn your money?
When we place your mortgage we may be paid a procuration fee directly from the lender. This fee is not taken from your funds.

Will I be charged?
We offer a free initial consultation to assess your needs and requirements and in the majority of cases we will proceed to process your mortgage application without further cost.
In some rare cases we may have to make a small administration charge, but you will be notified before proceeding after the initial consultation.
There is No obligation to proceed following our initial research. |
